| Used Auto Tech USA for the first time and my experience was very positive. This is a locally owned small business, which is great, you get to know the owner and build a relationship. I called on Tuesday regarding my wife's van making brake noises and stability control light coming on. I dropped the vehicle Thursday per the conversation with the owner (Liuvu -hopefully spelled correctly). That afternoon he called and let me know a diagnosis, answered all my questions, and provided a fair estimate to repair the van. I told him to go ahead and make the repairs. I picked the vehicle up on Friday and paid what was quoted. His son, Andrew was very nice on the phone and in person as well. From my experience, I will be making Auto Tech my local repair shop. I love the honesty and fairness. |
